Fuel Surcharge

Due to the recent large increases in the cost of fuel Sea Safari Cruises has been forced to add a fuel surcharge. (Please note that these surcharges may change without prior notice):

7 day 6 night cruise : $ 100/pax

Guarantee to Operate:
Sailing is only guaranteed with a minimum 10 (ten) adult passengers. Sea Safari Cruises will notify the agent 60 days prior to sailing. If we would not have the minimum 10 (ten) adult passengers, we will refund the deposit. Further claims against Sea Safari Cruises would not be attended to.

Facilities and Services onboard:

• Deck state cabin located on the middle and upper deck with a sea-view
• Deluxe cabin located on the lower deck
• Air- conditioned cabins with private bathroom (hot and cold showers)
• A tray of toiletries in each cabin
• Dining room and Bar
• 24 hours tea and coffee making facilities
• Vegetarian food available on request
• Easy access swim/boarding platform
• Fresh water on deck shower
• Complete scuba dive equipment (Only available when there is an advance booking for diving with a minimum of 2 divers)
• Snorkel, canoe and fishing equipment
• TV, Karaoke & DVD entertainment units
• Computer with Adobe Photoshop application
• Laundry service
• On Board telecommunication

Rates included:

• Accommodation onboard & meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Tea/coffee, bottled water, tea-time snacks
• Guided land excursions
• Komodo National Park fee
• Certified Dive Master. (Only available when there is an advance booking prior to the cruise with a minimum of 2 divers)
• Cruise Accident Insurance
• Use of snorkeling, canoe and fishing gear
• Transfer to & from vessel between airport/major hotels in Sanur, Kuta and Nusa Dua
• Harbor and anchor fee
• Government tax

Rates excluded:

• International/domestic airfare and airport tax
• Soft drinks and alcohol beverages
• Personal travel Insurance
• Gratuities to guide and crew
• Onboard telecommunication
• Laundry service

Optional Water Activities:

• Scuba diving non certified diver : USD 90 nett per person 2x dives
• Scuba diving for certified diver : USD 60 nett per person 2x dives
  Note: Only available when there is an advance booking prior to the cruise with a minimum of 2 divers
• Jet ski (upon request) : USD 15 nett /15 minutes per person
• Banana boat (upon request) : USD 10 nett /15 minutes per person

RESERVATION AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

Reservation

All reservation must be made by electronic mail or facsimile and must state your agent, the cruise period, full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and any special requirements.

Deposit

A deposit of 25% must be sent to Sea Safari Cruises bank account within 7 days after the date the reservation is made. If the deposit is not received within the stated period of time then Sea Safari Cruises will automatically offer the berths to other travel and booking agents.

Balance Payment

Balance payment is to be paid in full at least 45 days prior departure date. If full payment of the balance is not received by this date then Sea Safari Cruises can cancel the booking and enforce cancellation fee.

Short Notice Booking

Full payment must be made at the time of booking if the reservation is made less than 60 days prior to departure.

Late Payment Penalty Policy

For payment received after due date, the outstanding balance will automatically incur a penalty of 5%.

Cancellation Policy:

The following cancellation penalties apply unless amended by agreed local conditions:

• 46 – 60 days : 25% of the total fare
• 31 – 45 days : 75% of the total fare
• 0 – 30 days : 100% of total fare

FORCE MAJEURE AND UNPREDICTABLE ACTS OF MAN

Sea Safari Cruises reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons of Force Majeure (i.e. natural disaster, epidemic etc) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e. war, riots, strikes etc). In the even of this happening Sea Safari Cruises will advice you at the earliest possible date.

DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH

Sea Safari Cruises assumes no liability due to any cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts or omissions occurring during a trip under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by owners, operators or public carriers for and on behalf of Sea Safari Cruises.

Sea Safari Cruises shall not be responsible for any injury to person (whether or not resulting in death) or damage to property arising out of any act of war, insurrection, revolt or any other civil uprising or military action occurring in the countries of origin, destination or passage.

In case of a medical problem arising during the voyage, either onboard or on shore, which results in costs for evacuation, use of aircraft or repatriation, the responsibility for payment of these costs belongs solely to the passengers.

LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Sea Safari Cruises does not take any responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s personal belongings that are due to Force Majeure causes.

GENERAL AND OTHER CONDITIONS

• Sea Safari Cruises reserves the right to substitute a vessel of similar standards when operational requirements demand.
• Itineraries are subject to change due to sea and weather conditions, availability of sea anchorage, government regulations and other factors.
• This contract is a CONFIDENTIAL agreement represented by the signatures attached and as such may not be communicated in any form, written or verbal, to third parties.
• Any amendments and additions to the present contract shall be valid only when they are made in written form and duly signed by both parties.
• This contract has no validity unless duly signed and returned to us as an acceptance of all rates and conditions
• In any condition like economic situation of Indonesia especially for the significant increase of fuel, taxes, currency fluctuation and any other related factors, Sea Safari Cruises is reserve the right increase the price even after the contract has been drawn.

PAYABLE TO:

• Invoice will be payable in USD or IDR
• For bank transfer payment, please consider the bank’s administration fee to assure that the required payment is net of the required fee
