08.30 AM : Departing from Marina Sindang Laut Harbour of Tj. Priok, to Bidadari Island. You may have breakfast onboard, while enjoying the live music performance on the top deck.

10.00 AM : Morning tea and variety of snacks are being served onboard before the guests disembark for Bidadari Island by speed boat.

12.30 PM : Getting back onboard, leaving for the next destination, i.e: Ayer Island. On the way, lunch is served onboard, while enjoying the live music performing on the top deck, or enjoying the karaoke facilities that are available on the restaurant and the karaoke lounge on the 2nd deck.

13.30 PM : After lunch, we get off to Ayer Island.

16.00 PM : Getting back onboar, on the way back to Jakarta, you may enjoy the afternoon tea served onboard, such as: chilled fruit cocktail. Again, guests may enjoy the live music performance and games on the top deck, karaoke facilities, or simply enjoying the sea-breeze and the sunset.

17.30 PM : During the sunset, the boat has arrived back at Marina Sindang Laut Harbour of Tj. Priok-Jakarta. END of the program.

Guarantee to Operate:

Sailing is only guaranteed with a minimum 10 (ten) adult passengers. Sea Safari Cruises will notify the agent as soon as possible, but in any case no later than 45 days prior to sailing, if we would not have the necessary minimum amount of passengers and would be forced to cancel.

·          In any condition like economic situation of Indonesia especially for the significant increase of fuel by Indonesian Government or other related factors, Sea Safari Cruises is forced to apply fuel surcharge.

Cancellation Policy:

·          Outside 60 days – USD 100

·          31 – 59 days : 40% of the total fare

·          Between 16 – 30 days before departure : 75% of the total fare

·          No refund for cancellation between 15 – 0 days before departure

Other Conditions:

·          Sea Safari Cruises reserves the right to substitute a vessel of similar standards when operational requirements demand.

·          Itineraries are subject to change due to sea and weather conditions, availability of sea anchorage, government regulations and other factors.

·          This contract is a CONFIDENTIAL agreement represented by the signatures attached and as such may not be communicated in any form, written or verbal, to third parties.

·          Any amendments and additions to the present contract shall be valid only when they are made in written form and duly signed by both parties.
