National Park Entrance Fee

Since August 12, 2007, Indonesian waters have been declared one of the most bio-diverse in the world and have been given the status of National Park and Marine Protected Areas. All visitors are now required by the government regulation to pay an entrance fee to visit these areas. The fee will go towards supporting reef conservation and community development. This project is managed by the following organizations: NGOs, Coral International (www.coral.org), WWF (www.wwf.org), and TNC (www.nature.org). Sea Safari Cruises will pre-purchase the entrance ticket for you and include it on your trip invoice.
